
Born and raised in Louisiana, Dr. Bulliard discovered her passion for animals early on, dedicating herself to 4-H programs and raising rabbits. Her love for cats, dogs, and all creatures great and small cemented her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of New Orleans, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Following her undergraduate degree, Dr. Bulliard attended St. George’s University in Grenada, where she completed her veterinary studies, culminating in a clinical rotation at Murdoch University in Australia.
Drawn to the West Coast lifestyle and love for the beach, Dr. Bulliard made her way to San Diego in 2012 and joined Mohnacky Animal Hospital of Carlsbad, where she has since served with dedication. As a valued team member, she brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her work with small animals and pocket pets. Dr. Bulliard is an active member of the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) and the San Diego Veterinary Medical Association (SDVMA). She has a particular affinity for working with rescue animals and providing the highest standard of care to her patients.
Dr. Bulliard remains committed to advancing her knowledge through continuing education, ensuring she is always up to date with the latest developments in veterinary medicine.
