A native of Louisiana, Dr. Carly Bulliard’s commitment to veterinary medicine began in early childhood, fostered by her active participation in 4-H and a lifelong passion for animal welfare. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of New Orleans before obtaining her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University. Dr. Bulliard completed her clinical rotations at Murdoch University in Australia, gaining a diverse international perspective on diagnostic and surgical standards.

Since joining Mohnacky Animal Hospital in 2012, Dr. Bulliard has become an integral part of the San Diego veterinary community. She specializes in dental care and the management of pocket pets, with a clinical focus on preventative health education. A dedicated advocate for the human-animal bond, she prioritizes transparent communication and collaborative treatment planning to ensure high-quality care remains accessible to all families.
